While the Renewal had been recommended we were not sure when we made the first phone call. When the first person showed up to quote the job we were very pleasantly surprised by how kind, professional and informative. Sense the we have continued to be surprised by every aspect, and person we have dealt with. They have always been pleasant, informative, ready to help. When the crew arrived they began without hesitation finished in a single day. The crew was polite, professional, as quite as could be friendly and courteous. The work was finished in 1 day when the crew departed they left everything clean and made sure we had any information we asked for. Then within 24 hours we had a call from the office to make sure everything went the way we wanted. The office has contacted us twice sense the work was completed, ALWAYS to make sure there were NO issues and ensure us if needed they were only a phone call away. I can NOT say enough good things about the company or the crew we have nothing but great things to say about everyone we talked with, or had the privilege to meet while they were at our home.

It has been one year for our patio door replacement. Everything continues to be great. Door and screen door glide just fine. No drafts. Latch is solid. Absolutely no water penetration to harm our hardwood floors.

We had 7 new windows and a new front door installed and the windows are awesome but the staff all the way from the sales to the installers were very friendly, professional and overall great people to deal with. They answered all of our questions and when we ran into an issue with needing a new header that we knew could be a possibility, they found someone to come as soon as possible and the job was completed in the 2 days they promised. They spent time making sure surfaces were covered that they were walking on and then did an excellent job of clean up – like you would not have known they were even there. Thank you for everything – we love our windows and door!!
